Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of both your service provider, Alize, and you the client at Bonita Luxe Esthetics Lounge. We kindly request that you provide 24-hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will automatically forfeit the booking deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
